The Medium is the Message - Marshall McLuhan

So, if you are a teacher:

Trees and sky

Encourage your employers to consider your needs as a person and a professional. Or, get ready for a new teaching experience by preparing and speaking with seasoned teachers, who will also be open to your innovative and new ideas. Individually, every teacher has solved a problem that another still faces. The chance to grow and collaborate with other teachers is both useful and rewarding. Be curious about how some teachers turn those “hard-to-work-with” groups into challenges, adventures, and even friends. The long-term benefits are numerous, even if you later decide to change your profession. As my mentors have always said, no one is born a great teacher; we are only born with the potential, and it must be developed.
